SoundsAbout is back for one of its biannual seasons to Projektraum Zwitschermaschine (Potsdamer straße 161. Berlin) for a month between 7. November – 7. December. This season again the gallery gives opportunity for the students of Sound Studies and Sonic Art’s Master’s Program of UdK to not only showcase their own works, but also to host them as curators of their own programs and concert evenings. We are also happy to continue to nurture relationships with the wider circle of UdK, and host Art and Media’s Generative Art’s class / The Society For Nontrivial Pursuits (S4NTP) for a concert the second time around.
* SoundsAbout is a collaboration between the Master’s program Sound Studies and Sonic Arts at Berlin University of the Arts (UdK) and the gallery Zwitschermaschine, offering a project space to present and discuss, question and celebrate the work and ideas of our students and their guests for three months every year.
SoundsAbout kehrt für eine seiner halbjährlichen Spielzeiten zunächst für einen Monat vom 7. November bis zum 7. Dezember in den Projektraum Zwitschermaschine (Potsdamer Straße 161, Berlin) zurück. Auch in dieser Saison bietet der Projektraum den Studierenden des Masterstudiengangs Sound Studies and Sonic Art der UdK die Möglichkeit, nicht nur ihre eigenen Werke zu präsentieren, sondern auch als Kuratoren ihrer eigenen Programme und Konzertabende zu fungieren. Wir freuen uns auch auf den Austausch mit dem weiteren Kreis der UdK fortzusetzen und zum zweiten Mal die Klasse Generative Kunst / The Society For Nontrivial Pursuits (S4NTP) der Kunst- und Medienabteilung zu einem Konzert einzuladen.
