The term TOPO comes from ‘topology’, a concept that deals with the deformation of spaces. TOPO stands for the creation of sonic spaces that emerge through improvisation in the resonance between musicians and audience, changing continuously – while always retaining their core characteristics.

Der Begriff TOPO leitet sich von „Topologie“ ab, einem Konzept, das sich mit der Verformung von Räumen befasst. TOPO steht für die Schaffung klanglicher Räume, die durch Improvisation im Zusammenspiel zwischen Musikern und Publikum entstehen und sich ständig wandeln – dabei jedoch stets ihre Kernmerkmale beibehalten.
